Rituals & Ceremonies

Through ceremonial and ritual practices, we co-create intentional space where presence deepens and transformation becomes possible.

Ceremony offers a time set apart from the ordinary — where you are invited into deeper relationship with yourself, spirit, and the living Earth. Within this container, we slow down, listen, and attune to the wisdom inherent in the body.

Ceremonies may support you in:

  • Marking transitions or initiations
  • Releasing old narratives or patterns
  • Clarifying purpose
  • Ancestral healing
  • Deepening connection with the Earth and the unseen
  • Remembering your place within the web of life

I guide individual and small group ceremonies rooted in reverence, Deep Listening, and reciprocity. The intentional container that we will co-create is designed to support safety, curiosity, depth, and integration.

This is an invitation to step across a threshold — and return with greater clarity, balance, and embodied truth.

Deep Listening Retreats

Deep Listening is an invitation to slow down beyond language.

These retreats offer a mostly non-verbal container where we practice listening — to Self, to Earth & Spirit, to One Another.

In a culture shaped by constant expression and analysis, we create intentional space for attunement, sensation, and relational presence.

We gather in wild landscapes for daylong and multi-day retreats designed to support stillness, awareness, and embodied connection.

Through guided somatic exercises, Hakomi-informed practices, CranioSacral sessions, facilitated non-verbal relational experiences, and earth-based ritual, we co-create a field where your nervous system can settle and deeper attunement can emerge.

This is not a silent retreat in the traditional sense. It is an experiential laboratory for presence — an opportunity to explore how you relate without relying on words, and to notice what becomes available when listening leads.

What You Can Expect

  • Extended periods of quiet and structured non-verbal practice
  • Clear facilitation and gentle guidance throughout
  • Time in wild or natural landscapes
  • Co-created nourishing meals
  • Somatic and relational exercises that support nervous system regulation
  • Opportunities for CranioSacral work
  • Opportunities for HaKomi informed somatic coaching
  • Intentional openings and closings to support integration

Participants often leave feeling:

  • More grounded and regulated
  • Clearer in their internal knowing
  • More attuned in relationship
  • Reconnected to Earth and embodied presence

These retreats are offered for community groups, teams, and public cohorts.

Deep Listening is a practice of returning — to sensation, reciprocity, and the subtle intelligence that moves beneath speech.

Testimonials

"I’m still feeling the aftermath of my journey that I did back in March of this year. It was a potent experience that allowed me to release plenty, as I prepare to step into the next chapter. The ceremony was a beautiful co-creation of what I desired and needed, Dionysia’s guidance. I very much felt held and supported. 10/10 can recommend!" - Danajha

"I felt completely safe and relaxed during and around my ceremony with Dionysia. Their presence felt warm, encouraging, and completely non-judgemental for whatever type of experience came up. They set a clear outline for how they would conduct the ceremony, which felt appropriately respectful and reverential to the medicine and the sacred tradition and also helped me know what to expect as I went in. It was helpful to think aloud and reflect with them at the integration session a week later too; they were a thoughtful mirror to the experience and resulting insight without imposing any of their own interpretations." - Eli

"Doing ceremony with Dionysia was profoundly powerful. They held space for me, helped me see my shadows and gently guided me to integration. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to work with them." - Nayomi
